Sunday, April 29th
- Name tags review.
- Reception area set up
- Tables in banquet room.
- Check for all that the list indicates
- Awards set out properly.
- Host for each awardee table – logistics
- Lining up recipients for awards – photos after
- oh and don’t forget cleanup after.
Guests start arriving for social hour at 1:00. All volunteers should arrive before 10 AM
